6. Work Seeker Privacy
Protecting Work Seeker contact information is an important part of the Work & Worker platform.
Work & Worker does not intend to publicly display a Work Seeker's personal phone number on their public profile as part of our standard operating model.
Instead, selected information may be displayed to help Work Providers identify potentially suitable Work Seekers.
Where a Work Provider wishes to contact a particular Work Seeker, the Work Provider may be required to contact Work & Worker and provide the relevant Worker/Seeker ID.
Work & Worker may then review the request and, where appropriate and legally permitted, provide the relevant contact information.
7. Work Seeker Contact Request Process
Where this system applies, the process may operate as follows:

A Work Provider identifies a Work Seeker.

The Work Provider obtains the Work/Seeker ID.

The Work Provider contacts Work & Worker.

Work & Worker identifies the relevant profile.

Work & Worker may verify or assess the request.

Where appropriate, Work & Worker may provide the Work Seeker's contact information.
Work & Worker may maintain records of contact requests for security, fraud prevention, accountability and legitimate operational purposes.
A request for contact information does not automatically guarantee that the contact information will be provided.
8. Work Provider Contact Information
Work Providers may voluntarily provide phone numbers, email addresses and other contact information for the purpose of allowing Work Seekers to contact them.
Where a Work Provider specifically agrees to public display of such information, the relevant contact information may be displayed on the Work & Worker platform.
Users should understand that information intentionally made public may be viewed, copied or stored by third parties.
Work & Worker recommends that users distinguish between business contact information and personal contact information and avoid publishing unnecessary personal information.
